ONE CANDLE PACKAGE

$45 + tax per person

Each person hand crafts one candle.

Each person hand crafts two candles.

Two candle packages cannot be split between guests.

An Automatic Gratuity of 20% will be added to the total bill due at the end of the reservation (remaining candle making experience balance + bar tab).

Ronnie oversees the customer experience at Glassnote, leading with warmth and a genuine passion for hospitality. She trains the team not only in exceptional service but also in their extensive candle knowledge, ensuring every guest leaves with both a memorable experience and a deeper appreciation for the craft. She also runs the bar program, developing each seasonal cocktail menu with creativity, intention, and heart.

    • 1 Candle - $45 + tax per participant (this price is for 1 participant to make 1 candle).

    • 2 Candles - $85 + tax per participant (this price is for 1 participant to make 2 candles).

    • A $10 + tax per participant deposit is required to be paid by one person within 24 hours of making the reservation to secure the booking. This per participant deposit will be taken off the Glassnote Candle Making Experience balance.

      • The balance does not include the Bar Tab, which will be added on to the total bill at the end of your experience which can be paid by one person or split evenly amongst the group. We have a full service bar including beer, wine, hand-crafted seasonal cocktails, and mocktails for you to enjoy!

    • An Automatic Gratuity of 20% will be added to the total bill (remaining candle making experience balance + bar tab).

  • To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, if you arrive late, we may no longer be able to accommodate you, and you will be considered a No-Show and charged according to our No-Show policy.

  • If you have a Bookeo gift voucher or promo code (a 5 or 6-letter code), here’s how to redeem it:

    1. At checkout, enter your code in the “Have a promotion or voucher code?” section.

    2. The voucher will cover the amount listed on it.

    3. To enter multiple voucher codes, separate them with a comma. 

    Square Gift Cards
    If you have a Square gift card (a 16-digit code), please bring it in person to redeem.

  • We understand that plans can change! Please review our policy so we can best accommodate all guests:

    • More than 72 hours before your reservation: Full deposit refunded.

    • 48–72 hours before your reservation: Deposit is retained, but you can receive a credit toward a future Glassnote Candle Bar Experience.

    • 24–48 hours before your reservation: Deposit is lost.

    • Less than 24 hours or a no-show: Full per-person balance for any unused spots will be charged. Attending guests may still make the additional candle(s).

    The payment method used at the time of booking will automatically be charged for any unused spots or no-shows, unless an alternative payment method is provided.

  • When signing up for the waitlist, please select only one timeslot. While being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation, it ensures that you will be immediately notified in case of any cancellations for that specific date. Cancellations can occur in advance or on the day of the reservation, and you will receive an email or text notification as soon as a cancellation becomes available, providing you with the opportunity to book.

  • We offer a full cocktail and mocktail bar, plus beer, wine, coffee, and a variety of teas. Please note: BYOB is not allowed.

  • While we do not provide a food menu, we encourage guests to bring their own light snacks to enjoy during their experience.

  • Please note that only street parking is available. Follow posted signage. A paid city lot is also located across the street.

  • We do not have a specific age restriction. However, guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
